interim In het kort Volledige opdracht De opdracht start op 1 december 2026 en heeft een totale duur van maximaal twee jaar; eventuele verlengingen worden nader bepaald. De tijdelijke collega werkt binnen Programma Capaciteitsverhoging bij de afdeling Strategische Programma's en Projecten (SP&P) van RET in Rotterdam en draagt bij aan de TEV-opgave binnen Metronet. Het doel is het ontwikkelen en borgen van een samenhangende technische energiescope voor traction energievoorziening, inclusief ramingen, variantstudies, raakvlakken en overdraagbare technische dossiers voor studie-, ontwerp- en realisatiefasen. De rol omvat technische toetsingen van leveranciersproducten, veiligheidsborging en het opstellen van werkpakketten, in nauwe samenwerking met inhoudelijke TEV-experts van IB en AM en… Eerste gedeelte van de opdrachtomschrijving. Eisen - Je hebt minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring met het ontwerpen, realiseren en in bedrijf stellen van tractie-energiesystemen binnen de OV- of railsector, waaronder gelijkrichterstations. - Ervaring met stakeholders, leveranciers en technische documentatie. - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met Technisch Management en de SSK-methodiek binnen rail-infrastructuurprojecten. - Je hebt ervaring met verandermanagement, waarbij je de collega's en betrokkenen mee kunt nemen in de veranderingen en draagvlak creëert. - Je hebt een elektrotechnische achtergrond, ervaring als opdrachtgever of aantoonbare ervaring met SCADA-systemen. - Je bent in staat verbeteringen te initiëren, aan te sturen, te faciliteren en succesvol te realiseren. - Je hebt ervaring met projecten te initiëren en succesvol te realiseren.
