Als technisch manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch inhoudelijke deel van de ontwerpfase bij renovaties van beweegbare bruggen. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectmanager en de aannemer. De werkzaamheden omvatten het conserveren, vervangen of renoveren van aandrijvingen en brugdekken, waarbij de aannemer verantwoordelijk is voor engineering en uitvoering. Soms is het noodzakelijk om, vanwege de monumentale waarde, de brug zoveel mogelijk in originele staat te behouden of terug te brengen. Je werkt aan omvangrijke projecten met een groot budget en strakke deadlines. Je zorgt voor de juiste koers en bewaakt de technische kwaliteit gedurende het hele proces. Je stuurt de ontwerpfase aan, bent het technische aanspreekpunt voor de aannemer, bewaakt de technische planning en kwaliteit, beheert de scope en beoordeelt afwijkingen. Daarnaast organiseer je reviews, beoordeel je begrotingen en offertes, en draag je zorg voor de overdracht van het opleverdossier aan het beheer. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Kennis van en ervaring met renovaties van beweegbare bruggen is een pre. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en in staat om te schakelen tussen ontwerp en uitvoering. - Kennis van en ervaring met asset management is een pre. - Ervaring als technisch manager bij minimaal drie grote infrastructurele projecten voor of bij een overheidsorganisatie. - Financieel en juridisch goed onderlegd. - Aantoonbare ervaring als technisch manager met verantwoordelijkheid voor technisch projectmanagement van complexe infrastructurele projecten met een omvang groter dan 20 miljoen euro. - Zelfstandig, gestructureerd en nauwkeurig kunnen werken. - Resultaatgericht, ook bij uiteenlopende belangen en complexe pr...
