Je leidt het ontwerpproces, stelt scherpe technische specificaties op en borgt dat onze installaties voldoen aan de hoogste normen voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid. In nauwe samenwerking met de andere IPM-rolhouders, zoals de projectmanager, contractmanager, manager projectbeheersing en omgevingsmanager, maak jij projecten integraal tot een succes. Met jouw technische expertise en strategisch inzicht stuur je op slimme, toekomstbestendige oplossingen voor het zuiveringsproces binnen de Waterketen. Je werkt intensief samen met ingenieursbureaus, aannemers en collega's binnen het IPM-team en geeft functioneel leiding aan de adviseurs techniek op het gebied van civiele techniek, werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek en procesautomatisering. Daarbij zorg je voor een goede afstemming tussen techniek, omgeving, planning, risico's en uitvoering. Je bewaakt de technische kwaliteit van projecten en zorgt ervoor dat deze voldoen aan de hoogste eisen op het gebied van veiligheid, duurzaamheid, betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie. De functie vraagt om een combinatie van technische deskundigheid, verbindend leiderschap en vernieuwingskracht. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor de technische koers van projecten, maar speelt ook een belangrijke rol in de toepassing van innovatieve technologieën en duurzame oplossingen binnen de maatschappelijk cruciale waterzuiveringsketen.
