Als Technisch Manager bouw je mee aan ons onderhoudsbedrijf waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor het provinciale contract Zuid-Holland. Je ontfermt je over grijs en groenonderhoud van provinciale wegen. Jouw baan Als Technisch Manager leid je een team bestaande uit de Uitvoerder, Werkvoorbereider en Engineer, samen met de Projectleider. Jouw focus ligt op operationele en strategische aspecten, inclusief het opzetten van de juiste projectorganisatie en het bevorderen van talentontwikkeling binnen het team. Je staat voor de uitdaging om te werken met UAV-GC bestekken en meerjarige onderhoudsplannen, waarbij heldere doelstellingen, coördinatie van het ontwerpproces en wijzigingenbeheer cruciaal zijn. Meerjarige onderhoudsplannen zijn essentieel voor infrastructuurbeheer, inclusief preventief onderhoud en reparaties. Als Technisch Manager ontwikkel en implementeer je deze plannen met aandacht voor budget, risico's en wettelijke vereisten, terwijl je zorgt voor effectieve communicatie en samenwerking om projecten op tijd, binnen budget en met de vereiste kwaliteitsnormen op te leveren. Je maakt ook deel uit van het kernteam waar strategische en operationele beslissingen worden genomen, waarbij je input vanuit interne en externe bronnen verzamelt om continue verbetering te stimuleren. Verder: Heb je een HBO werk- en denkniveau en werkervaring binnen de civiele techniek; Heb je ervaring in de aansturing van multi-technische projecten in de branche al dan niet als Sr. Werkvoorbereider, Projectbegeleider of Technisch Manager Heb je kennis en ervaring met RAW en UAV(GC) contracten; Heb je ervaring met Onderhoudsmanagement Arbeidsvoorwaarden Een functie voor minimaal 32 uur per week; Een fulltime salaris tot € 5.500,- bruto per 4 weken uitbetaald in 13 periodes; 25 vakantiedagen en 16 roostervrije dagen; auto van de zaak.
