Dat stopt niet bij één project", vertelt Martin de Haan, programmamanager, lachend. "Neem bijvoorbeeld de volledige reconstructie van de infrastructuur op een groot militair brandstofcomplex in Pernis. Militaire voertuigen worden steeds zwaarder en dit heeft invloed op de onderbouw en nieuwe verharding. Ook hebben we in het Westen van Nederland te maken met slappe gronden door de klei en veenlagen. En of de uitdaging nog niet groot genoeg is, Defensie moet onder alle omstandigheden doelmatig gebruik kunnen (blijven) maken van de infrastructuur op de betreffende locatie", vervolgt Martin. Als technisch manager civiele infrastructuur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische aansturing, advisering en realisatie van projecten in jouw regio (West Nederland). Hierbij kun je denken aan de complete reconstructie van de binnenplaats of ontsluitingswegen van een kazerne. Maar ook het uitbreiden van de opstelplaatsen voor nieuwe militaire voertuigen, is een groot project waar we mee bezig zijn. Van asfalt-, beton- tot elementverharding, van riooltechniek en andere ondergrondse infra, tot verlichting en beveiliging, het komt allemaal aan bod. Civiele techniek in de volle breedte dus. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit: - Als technisch manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het definiëren, realiseren en borgen van de gewenste technische en ruimtelijke kwaliteit van de aan jou toegewezen projecten. - Je bewaakt, binnen de afgesproken planning en financiële kaders, de kwaliteitsdoelstellingen van de eerste schets tot aan de oplevering. - Je stelt jouw technisch team samen en maakt werkafspraken voor de voortgang van jouw project.
