Hij of zij stuurt de technische afdeling aan, welke bestaat uit de servicedesk en huismeester(s). De technisch manager rapporteert aan de directie en assetmanagement. Verantwoordelijkheden : - Uitvoering technisch onderhoudsbeleid over de gehele portefeuille; - Uitnutten en bewaken van de onderhoudsbudgetten; - Managen van de relatie en afspraken met onderhoudsleveranciers; - Verslagleggen/rapportage aan opdrachtgevers/assetmanagement; Taken: - Technisch in beheer nemen nieuwe objecten; - Monitoren technische storingen en klein onderhoud; - Uitvoeren technische inspecties t.b.v. MJOP; - Opstellen technisch jaarplan en managen van de uitvoering; - Doorlopen aanbestedingstrajecten; - Afsluiten onderhoudscontracten; - Beoordelen en accorderen facturen m.b.t. technische werkzaamheden; - Aansturing servicedesk en huismeester(s); - Overleggen met opdrachtgever, assetmanager en vastgoed manager t.b.v. het algeheel onderhoud van de objecten; Gewenste competenties: - Overzien van de vastgoedportefeuille; - Strategisch sturen op de uitvoering van het onderhoudsbeleid; - Technisch inhoudelijke kennis op hoofdlijnen; - Managementvaardigheden richting leveranciers en samenwerkingspartners; - Kunnen structureren en overzien van verschillende werkzaamheden/taken; - Rust en overzicht kunnen bewaren, óók op piekmomenten; Gewenst opleidingsniveau: - HBO werk- en/of denkniveau; - Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring; Wat krijg jij? - 3000 - 6.000 euro bruto per maand o.b.v. 40uur per week, afhankelijk van ervaring en kennis; Eventueel een hoger startsalaris bij aangetoonde ervaring. - Laptop / telefoon; - Auto van...
