The posting

Technisch Manager Voor onze klant in Zoetermeer zijn wij op zoek naar een Technisch Manager voor 32 tot 40 uur per week. In deze functie werk je aan uitdagende technische projecten die bijdragen aan voldoende, betrouwbaar en schoon drinkwater, zowel voor vandaag als voor de toekomst. Geen project is hetzelfde. Zo werk je onder andere aan de nieuwbouw van waterzuiveringsinstallaties, renovaties van reinwaterkelders, grootschalig onderhoud aan bestaande zuiveringsinstallaties en het opknappen van monumentale panden. Als Technisch Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische inbreng binnen meerdere projecten. Hierbij werk je intensief samen met interne experts, ingenieursbureaus, leveranciers, installateurs en aannemers. De nadruk ligt op het vertalen van interne en externe eisen naar goede technische ontwerpen en het daadwerkelijk realiseren hiervan binnen een omgeving waarin de drinkwatervoorziening 24/7 moet blijven functioneren. De projecten hebben veelal een complex en multidisciplinair karakter en raken vrijwel altijd de infrastructuur rondom de drinkwaterzuivering. Bij grootschalige projecten vervul je binnen het IPM-team de rol van Technisch Manager. Bij reguliere vervangings- en vernieuwingsprojecten, met projectomvang van circa €1 miljoen tot €15 miljoen, ben je in staat om een cluster van projecten aan te sturen als projectmanager. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met: - Het coördineren van meerdere projecten binnen uiteenlopende technische aandachtsgebieden; - Het toepassen en verder ontwikkelen van kennis, processen en tools om de organisatie verder te professionaliseren; - Overleg voeren met interne en externe partijen over het programma van eisen; - Het vertalen van eisen naar goede technische ontwerpen; - Het creëren van draagvlak binnen de beheerorganisatie; - Het opstellen en beoordelen van aanvraagspecificaties voor aanbestedingen; - Het afstemmen met alle partijen die betrokken zijn bij de daadwerkelijke reali...
