Als Technisch Manager Infra ben jij de spil in de technische uitvoering van complexe infraprojecten. Je combineert technische kennis met managementvaardigheden en zorgt ervoor dat projecten niet alleen technisch excellent worden uitgevoerd, maar ook binnen planning en budget blijven. In deze functie krijg je de ruimte om je stempel te drukken op de technische aanpak van projecten. Je bent betrokken vanaf de ontwerpfase tot en met de oplevering, waarbij je continu de balans zoekt tussen technische haalbaarheid, innovatie en praktische uitvoerbaarheid. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling van junior engineers en technici, waarbij je jouw kennis en ervaring deelt en hen begeleidt in hun groei. - Technisch aansturen en coördineren van multidisciplinaire infraprojecten; - Bewaken van technische kwaliteit, planning en budget gedurende het gehele projectproces; - Fungeren als sparringpartner voor projectleiders en opdrachtgevers op technisch vlak; - Ontwikkelen en implementeren van innovatieve technische oplossingen; - Begeleiden en coachen van engineers en technici binnen projectteams; - Onderhouden van contacten met externe partners, leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Bijdragen aan kennisontwikkeling en kennisdeling binnen de organisatie.
