Als Technisch Manager GWW ben jij de spil tussen ontwerp, uitvoering en opdrachtgever. Je stuurt projecten aan op het gebied van grond-, water- en wegenbouw en zorgt ervoor dat technische oplossingen niet alleen voldoen aan de eisen, maar ook bijdragen aan duurzame en toekomstbestendige infrastructuur. Je werkt nauw samen met adviseurs, engineers en uitvoerende partijen om complexe vraagstukken integraal op te lossen. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en zorg je voor heldere communicatie gedurende het hele projecttraject. In deze functie krijg je de kans om door te groeien naar een rol als projectleider of senior adviseur. De organisatie investeert actief in je ontwikkeling door middel van opleidingen, trainingen en coaching. Denk aan cursussen op het gebied van projectmanagement, contractvormen of technische specialisaties zoals kunstwerken of waterbouwkunde. Ook is er ruimte om je te verdiepen in nieuwe ontwikkelingen zoals circulaire bouw en klimaatadaptatie. Jouw taken in deze functie: - Technisch aansturen van GWW-projecten van ontwerp tot oplevering; - Coördineren van multidisciplinaire teams en externe partners; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit; - Fungeren als sparringpartner voor opdrachtgevers en adviseurs; - Vertalen van technische vraagstukken naar haalbare oplossingen; - Bijdragen aan offertes en acquisitie van nieuwe projecten; - Zorgen voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving en veiligheidsnormen.
