Onze klant is een familiaal productiebedrijf binnen de staalsector. In het teken van groei zoeken ze een gedreven technisch manager, het hoofd van de technische afdeling, die zal instaan voor het aansturen en coördineren van alles wat met techniciteit te maken heeft binnen de firma.

Jouw job:

Als Technisch Manager ben je de centrale spil en eindverantwoordelijke binnen de technische dienst. Je krijgt de kans om jouw stempel te drukken op de technische strategie van het bedrijf. Je leidt en coördineert hierbij een divers team van technische medewerkers met het oog op een goed werkende productieomgeving en verdere optimalisatie.

Naast people management, omvatten je taken onder andere het efficiënt organiseren van dagelijkse activiteiten, het beheren van het technisch budget, en het initiëren van verbeterings- en optimalisatieprojecten.

  • People management: motiveren, aansturen en coachen van medewerkers
  • Aansturen van de afdeling: efficiënt en effectief organiseren van de dagdagelijkse activiteiten binnen de technische dienst
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en orde: waarborgen, uitdragen van voorschriften
  • Budgetten: opstellen, opvolgen en beheren van technisch budget
  • Machinepark: coördineren van preventief en curatief onderhoud, opstellen van onderhoudsplan, voorraadbeheer en technische ondersteuning bij complexe problemen
  • Optimalisaties en verbeteringen: identificeren en onderzoeken van verbeteringen en optimalisaties + vernieuwingsprojecten coördineren
  • Administratie: correct afhandelen van administratieve taken, contacten met leveranciers, …

Je werkt nauw samen met de productiemanager en zaakvoerder.

Als technisch manager kun je je herkennen in onderstaande criteria:

  • Je hebt sterke technische kennis binnen industriële productietechniek
  • Je hebt diepgaande kennis van curatief en preventief onderhoud, voorraadbeheer en coördinatie van technische verbeterprojecten.
  • Je hebt bewezen ervaring in het aansturen van technische teams
  • Je hebt ervaring in het opstellen en beheren van technische budgetten
  • Je draagt veiligheid en kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel
  • Je hebt een oog en passie voor het identificeren en implementeren van verbeteringen en optimalisaties.
