Wij hebben een passie voor mensen en vastgoed. Specifiek bedrijfsmatig vastgoed. MVGM Property & Asset Management (PAM) is gespecialiseerd in het beheren van kantoren, retail vastgoed, logistieke panden en hotels. Door oog te houden voor een goede relatie met huurders en eigenaars, leveren wij een bijdrage aan een duurzame gebouwde omgeving. Als Technisch Manager ben jij een zeer belangrijke spil in de realisatie van deze missie.

Jouw rol als Technisch Manager In de rol van Technisch Manager zorg jij voor de waarborging van de technische kwaliteit van de gebouwde omgeving, bijbehorende processen, opstelling en uitvoering van het MJOP. Jij bent de spil tussen collega's, opdrachtgever, huurders en leveranciers. Verder ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volgende:

- Relatieopbouw met opdrachtgever, huurders en leveranciers;

- Jaarlijks opstellen, controleren en/of aanpassen van de meerjarenbegroting van alle complexen in jouw portefeuille;

- Zorg dragen voor een goede uitvoering van onderhouds- en verbeteringswerkzaamheden;

- Adviseren van de opdrachtgever over het technisch beheer van het onroerend goed;

- Periodieke inspectie van de staat van het onroerend goed;

- Beoordelen en goedkeuren van technische facturen na uitvoering van technisch onderhoud.

Wij vragen: Je bent een betrokken teamplayer die zijn mouwen opstroopt en het veld in gaat. Daarnaast zien we graag het volgende in je terug:

- Hbo werk- en denkniveau en een bouwkundige of andere technisch gerelateerde opleiding;

- Affiniteit met vastgoed; ervaring in technisch vastgoedbeheer of onderhoud is een pré;

- Nieuwsgierig, assertief en zelfstandig.
