Ten behoeve alle renovaties in het landelijk gebied zijn wij binnen Waterschap Amstel, Gooi en Vecht (AGV) op zoek naar een ervaren Technisch manager. Als technisch manager ben je dan verantwoordelijk voor het technische gedeelte van meerdere IPM-projecten die zich bezighouden renovaties van verschillende sluizen en o.a. poldergemalen. Hierbij ga je nauw samen werken met je specialisten van het technisch team en jouw IPM-team. Als technisch manager binnen het Integraal Project Management (IPsM) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen en realiseren van de gewenste technische oplossingen voor jouw projecten en het met de opdrachtgever definitief vaststellen van de opdracht en het programma van eisen (PVE). Op basis van de opdracht en het PVE wordt in overleg met de opdrachtgever en de contractmanager bepaald op welke manier het gewenste resultaat, zonder af te doen aan veiligheids-, security- en procesrisico's, bereikt kan worden. Dat varieert van het volledig intern ontwerpen en uitvoeren tot het aanbesteden van (een deel van) de werkzaamheden. Jij zet de juiste lijnen uit en zorgt dat het gewenste ontwerp resultaat wordt uitgewerkt en is afgestemd met interne stakeholders en indien van toepassing voor aanbesteding gereed is. Tijdens de realisatie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de technische uitvoering van het project, het aanspreekpunt voor interne stakeholders en ondersteun je samen met het projectteam de contractmanager bij het toetsen van de opdrachtnemer.
