Voor onze klant binnen een technische industriële omgeving zoeken wij een Technisch Materiaalbeheerder. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid, planning en overzicht kunnen teams efficiënt en veilig aan de slag.

Jij bent de spilfiguur in het beheer van kritische wisselstukken en ondersteunt projecten van voorbereiding tot uitvoering.

Jouw taken:

• Je beheert en onderhoudt materiaalgegevens, equipmentdata en stuklijsten (BOM's).

• Je analyseert voorraden en zorgt voor een correcte herbevoorrading van wisselstukken.

• Je maakt aankooporders op en volgt deze nauwgezet op.

• Je beheert technische documentatie zoals tekeningen, rapporten en onderdeleninformatie.

• Je organiseert inspecties van nieuwe en gerepareerde onderdelen.

• Je ondersteunt de voorbereiding en vervolledigen van technische projecten.

• Je verzamelt, controleert en maakt wisselstukken klaar voor gebruik.

• Je organiseert transporten en volgt logistieke stromen op.

• Je helpt bij het opzetten van tijdelijke magazijnen tijdens projecten op locatie.

• Je beheert kritische wisselstukken en volgt historieken, onderdelenstromen en locaties op.

• Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende stakeholders om projecten efficiënt te laten verlopen.

• Je werkt analytisch, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.

• Je bent in staat om meerdere dossiers tegelijk op te volgen zonder het overzicht te verliezen.

• Je kan vlot prioriteiten stellen en houdt deadlines onder controle.

• Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met verschillende interne en externe contacten.

• Je bent veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbewust; ervaring met HSEQ is een pluspunt.

• Je bent digitaal ingesteld en werkt vlot met MS Office. Kennis van SAP of andere ERP systemen is mooi meegenomen.

• Je hebt een technische achtergrond of een sterke technische affiniteit.

• Je preekt vloeiend Nederlands, een goede kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een plus.

• Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.
