In deze functie krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, complexe storingen aan te pakken en actief mee te denken over verbeteringen. Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar respect, samenwerking en innovatie centraal staan. Daarnaast wordt er bewust ingezet op groei en een gezonde werk-privébalans.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stelt machines nauwkeurig af en zorgt ervoor dat ze optimaal blijven presteren
  • Je voert zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud uit aan het machinepark
  • Je analyseert storingen, detecteert defecten en lost technische problemen doordacht op
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen het productieproces
  • Je stemt vlot af met collega’s bij ploegoverdrachten en communiceert open met de maintenance supervisor
  • Je registreert je werkzaamheden correct en overzichtelijk in het softwaresysteem
  • Je bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid en orde op de werkvloer en neemt hierin verantwoordelijkheid

  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, kennis van Frans is een plus
