Als Technisch Medewerker Aftersales ben jij de schakel tussen onze klanten, techniekers en interne afdelingen. Je analyseert technische vragen en storingen, denkt oplossingsgericht mee en zorgt ervoor dat herstellingen en interventies vlot worden voorbereid. Dankzij jouw technische inzicht en communicatieve vaardigheden kunnen klanten rekenen op een snelle en professionele service.

Wat ga je doen als Technisch Medewerker Aftersales ?

  • Je analyseert technische problemen en storingen aan onze telescopische tribunes.
  • Je ondersteunt klanten telefonisch en per e-mail met gericht technisch advies.
  • Je onderzoekt meldingen en werkt praktische oplossingen uit.
  • Je verzamelt alle noodzakelijke informatie voor de calculatie- en offertedienst, zodat hersteloffertes snel en correct kunnen worden opgesteld.
  • Je bereidt after-sales interventies voor in nauwe samenwerking met de afdeling Engineering.
  • Je ondersteunt de planning van monteurs en techniekers.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor monteurs wanneer zij technische uitdagingen tegenkomen op locatie.
  • Je werkt dagelijks samen met verschillende interne afdelingen om een optimale service te garanderen.

Wat zoeken wij in een Technisch Medewerker Aftersales ?

  • Je beschikt over een brede technische kennis binnen elektriciteit, mechanica en/of pneumatica.
  • Je hoeft geen specialist te zijn, maar je hebt een sterke technische interesse en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans. Kennis van het Duits is een extra troef.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent leergierig, flexibel en gemotiveerd.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's, bent klantgericht en communiceert op een professionele manier.
