Onze klant is een stabiele speler in de bouwsector, gespecialiseerd in oplossingen voor isolatie en luchtdichtheid. Ter versterking van het team zoeken wij een Junior Technisch Medewerker: een gedreven starter of professional met een passie voor techniek en duurzaam bouwen. Je krijgt een grondige interne opleiding om uit te groeien tot een volwaardig specialist.

JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

Je voert op werven in Vlaanderen, Brussel en Wallonië luchtdichtheidsmetingen uit en adviseert bouwers op basis van jouw bevindingen.

  • Je voert normconforme metingen uit en spoort luchtlekken op.
  • Je analyseert de resultaten, stelt heldere rapporten op en adviseert de klant.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen over BlowerDoor-systemen.
  • Je beheert de administratie van offerte tot facturatie en zet apparatuur klaar voor verhuur/verkoop.
  • Doorgroei: op termijn geef je opleidingen of voer je thermografische, akoestische en ventilatiemetingen uit.

Profiel

JOUW PROFIEL

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Bachelor in een technische/bouwkundige richting (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) en 0 tot 2 jaar werkervaring.
  • Aanpak & Flexibiliteit: Technisch ingesteld, hands-on en bereid om vroeg te starten of uitzonderlijk ’s avonds/in het weekend te werken.
  • Vaardigheden: Klantgericht, zelfstandig, communicatief en stressbestendig.
  • Talen & IT: Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans. Vlot met MS Office, een ERP-systeem (zoals Odoo) en AI.
  • Mobiliteit: Rijbewijs B. Uitvalsbasis regio Mechelen, maar voornamelijk op de baan.
