Functieomschrijving Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een Technisch Medewerker Customer Service. In deze functie ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je voor een optimale klantbeleving. Je ondersteunt klanten telefonisch en per e-mail en denkt actief mee over technische oplossingen. Denk hierbij aan vragen over aansluitingen, toepassingen en producten. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je technische kennis hebt en makkelijk kunt schakelen met installateurs en andere technische professionals. Samen met jouw collega’s vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, logistiek, sales en andere interne afdelingen. Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar kwaliteit, innovatie en samenwerking centraal staan. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist die afwisseling maakt jouw werk uitdagend en dynamisch. Je bent en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor: - Beantwoorden van technische klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail; - Adviseren van klanten over aansluitingen en product toepassingen; - Signaleren en oplossen van klachten of afwijkingen; - Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het klantproces; - Zorgen voor een correcte en klantgerichte afhandeling van (aan)vragen.

Functie-eisen Jij bent communicatief sterk, klantgericht en weet snel te schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden. Je blijft rustig onder druk, denkt in oplossingen en neemt graag initiatief. Daarnaast werk je nauwkeurig en haal je energie uit samenwerken binnen een betrokken team. Omdat je dagelijks schakelt met installateurs en technische klanten, is een technische achtergrond of affiniteit echt belangrijk. Jij begrijpt technische vraagstukken snel en weet deze duidelijk uit te leggen. Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in het volgende profiel: - Een afgeronde MBO opleiding; - Relevante werkervaring binnen customer service, technische support of een vergelijkbare functie; - Technische affiniteit of ervaring binnen elektrotechniek/installatietechniek; - Je spreekt de taal van installateurs en begrijpt techn
