Voor een bedrijf in Waregem zijn we op zoek naar een Technisch Medewerker Ingangscontrole die ons team komt versterken.

Jouw taken:

Als Technisch Medewerker Ingangscontrole speel je een cruciale rol in onze logistieke afdeling.

Je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het correct uitpakken en controleren van inkomende (technische) onderdelen.

Verder sta je in voor volgende taken:

  • Uitpakken van binnengekomen onderdelen van leveranciers en controleren op kwaliteit en kwantiteit.
  • Opmeten van de stukken met het gepaste materieel zoals draadmat, schuifmaat en rolmeter.
  • Vergelijken van technische fiches in het systeem met de uitgepakte onderdelen.
  • Indelen van onderdelen in de juiste productgroep en koppelen aan een specificatienummer.
  • Contact leggen met de aankoopdienst voor extra technische informatie indien nodig.
  • Opstellen van klachtenfiches bij eventuele problemen.
  • Zorgen voor een ordelijke en nette werkplaats.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt een basiskennis van of sterke interesse in technische onderdelen, verkregen via studies (bv. TSO of BSO automechanica, mechanica, elektromechanica, enz.) EN/OF door eigen ervaring (bijvoorbeeld sleutelen aan technische onderdelen).
  • Je verwerkt snel nieuwe informatie, je bent bereid om technische kennis te verwerven en toont doorzettingsvermogen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Je kan vlot met een computer werken en hebt sterke administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Je beschikt over een goede fysieke conditie, bent in staat om grote onderdelen te tillen en te verplaatsen.
  • Je hebt een sterk concentratievermogen en kan nauwkeurig werken.
