In onze fabriek krijg je de kans om te werken met sterk geautomatiseerde productielijnen en maak je elke dag het verschil. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze machines optimaal draaien, onze producten aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen voldoen en onze klanten tijdig beleverd worden. Je komt terecht in een stabiel familiebedrijf waar jouw inzet wordt gewaardeerd en waar je alle kansen krijgt om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. We zoeken een onderhoudstechnieker die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, technische uitdagingen niet uit de weg gaat en energie haalt uit het verbeteren van machines en installaties. In deze functie krijg je de kans om onze productielijnen van binnen en buiten te leren kennen en speel je een cruciale rol in het draaiende houden én verder ontwikkelen van onze productieomgeving. Je komt terecht in een stabiel familiebedrijf waar jouw technische kennis en inzet echt gewaardeerd worden.

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan machines en installaties.
  • Opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen.
  • Monteren en vervangen van lagers.
  • Reviseren van pompen en diverse machineonderdelen.
  • Uitvoeren van draai- en freeswerk.
  • Opbouwen en integreren van automatiseringsprojecten binnen het machinepark.
  • Instaan voor de optimale werking van geautomatiseerde productielijnen.
  • Formuleren en implementeren van technische verbeteringen aan machines en installaties.
  • Mee bijdragen aan de continue optimalisatie van het machinepark.
  • Correct registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in werkrapporten.
  • Samenwerken met collega's om een maximale beschikbaarheid van de productielijnen te garanderen.

  • Je denkt mee na over verbeteringen en optimalisaties.
  • Je bent positief ingesteld en draagt bij aan een aangename werksfeer.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands goed in functie van veiligheid en samenwerking met collega's.
  • Kennis van verspanende technieken is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een vaste dagdienst, vaste nachtdienst of 2-ploegensysteem
  • Werktijden afhankelijk van de noden binnen de organisatie.
  • Na je inwerkperiode ben je bereid deel te nemen aan het standby systeem,
  • Inclusief een weekendwacht ongeveer één keer om de twee maanden.
