Dit is dé job voor jou, want:

  • Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden en uitvoerende teams bij technisch-administratieve taken rond het beheer en onderhoud van het openbaar domein. Daarbij werk je mee aan dossiers rond verkeerssignalisatie, straatmeubilair, wegen en voetpaden.
  • Mobiliteitsdossiers bereid je administratief en praktisch voor. Dit omvat onder andere registraties in digitale toepassingen, plaatsbezoeken, planningen en de voorbereiding van werkorders en werkopdrachten.
  • De opvolging van werken en opdrachten behoort eveneens tot jouw takenpakket. Via terreinbezoeken controleer je de kwaliteit en uitvoering van werken en zorg je voor een correcte registratie van de voortgang.
  • Ook de controle van verkeerslichten en kleine technische ingrepen neem je mee op. Je signaleert problemen tijdig en ondersteunt een veilige en correcte werking van de installaties.
  • Binnen de afdeling bied je ondersteuning bij het behandelen van klachten en meldingen van burgers. Daarnaast help je mee bij de planning en opvolging van trottoirwerken en andere onderhoudswerken.
  • Dossiers rond schade aan het openbaar domein volg je nauwgezet op. Je voert plaatsbezoeken uit, stelt brieven en offertes op en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking en opvolging van de facturatie.
  • Ook dossiers rond de aanleg van opritten en bermen behoren tot je werkdomein. Je volgt omgevingsvergunningen op, voert terreincontroles uit en stemt af met leidinggevenden over de voortgang van dossiers.
  • Digitale toepassingen en terreinwerk wisselen elkaar af in deze functie. Je werkt vlot met pc of tablet, gaat zorgvuldig om met materiaal en middelen en hebt steeds aandacht voor veiligheid en het correct naleven van voorschriften.

Goed! Wat zijn de voorwaarden?

  • Ofwel beschik je over een technisch of algemeen vormend HSO-diploma.
  • Ofwel beschik je over minstens 1 jaar relevante professionele ervaring met dossiervoorbereiding en -opvolging binnen een relevante sector zoals (wegen)bouw, nuts- of infrastructuurwerken.
  • Bij aanstelling ben je in het bezit van jouw rijbewijs B (handgeschakeld).
