Over de job

De kerntaken van de medewerker sanitair & HVAC bestaan uit:

  • het herstellen en onderhouden van sanitair en HVAC-installaties. Hieronder wordt o.a. verstaan: werken aan sanitaire toestellen, leidingen, centrale verwarming, luchtgroepen en toebehoren, airconditioning, koelgroepen en waterbehandelingsinstallaties.
  • Je staat ook mee in voor het opvolgen van de goede werking van de sanitaire en HVAC-installaties via het gebouwbeheersysteem.
  • Tevens help je bij de praktische uitvoering van kleinere verbouwingsprojecten en voer je verbeteringen en aanpassingen uit aan de bestaande installaties.
  • Zo nodig dienen er ook gelijkaardige taken buiten de eigen specialisaties uitgevoerd te worden.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs of gelijkgesteld door ervaring in de richting sanitair of HVAC.
  • Je beschikt over een ruime kennis van hedendaagse sanitaire en HVAC-technieken en toepassingen.
  • Basiskennis van regeltechniek, gebouwbeheersysteem, Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel) is een meerwaarde.
  • Je past je technische kennis in de praktijk toe vanuit een reflex van logisch denken.
  • Je bent bereid om na een inwerkperiode in te stappen in wachtdiensten.
  • Je bent woonachtig in regio Hasselt aangezien je binnen 30 minuten na oproep ter plaatse moet zijn.
