The posting

Anima is op zoek naar een technisch medewerker voor haar nieuw woonzorgcentrum Alice in Putte. Het woonzorgcentrum zal 98 bewoners ontvangen en is gekoppeld aan 16 assistentiewoningen. De opening is gepland in het najaar.

Als technisch medewerker ben je een echte doe-het-zelver, een “handige harry/hilda”. Je hebt een gevarieerd takenpakket en vult je dagen o.a. met

  • Algemeen onderhoud en herstellingen: Je onderhoudt de omgeving van de gebouwen (zoals de tuin en de parking). Je voert kleine onderhouds- en herstellingswerken uit aan de gebouwen, op diverse gebieden zoals elektriciteit, schrijnwerk, sanitair en schilderwerken. Je onderhoudt en herstelt het elektrisch en ander materiaal (bv. kasten, rolstoelen, bedden). Je plaatst telefoons en tv’s. Je controleert periodiek de te onderhouden gebouwen, apparaten en installaties (bv. de branddetectie) op defecten of onderhoudsnoden. Je houdt de stocks van de technische dienst bij. Je bereidt de plaatsing van nieuwe installaties voor. Je bereidt de afvalcontainers voor zodat ze kunnen opgehaald/geleegd worden. Je bent oproepbaar in geval van nood, bv. wanneer er een technische panne is.
  • Aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen: Je bent beschikbaar voor technische vragen van collega's, je plant de werken in en zorgt dat deze tijdig kunnen uitgevoerd worden.
  • Opvolgen van administratie: E-mails sturen en beantwoorden, bestellen van technisch materiaal, opvolgen van onderhoudsschema's, interventierapporten kopiëren en opslaan op SharePoint (ons online systeem). Je weet hoe je het verbruik kan raadplegen van het water, gas en elektriciteit. Je controleert en analyseert inkomende alarmen en onderneemt actie indien nodig. Je volgt de interventies van aannemers op (onderhoud, herstellingen, inspecties, …

Hoe zien we jouw profiel?

  • Je hebt minimum een diploma A2 elektriciteit (TSO, BSO 6-7e jaar)
  • Je bent polyvalent, een echte doe-het-zelver die kennis heeft van verschillende technieken (elektriciteit, mechanica, sanitair, schrijnwerk, schilderwerk, allround reparatiewerken, tuinonderhoud, …)
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht om diverse problemen op te lossen en om deze administratief op te volgen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en prioriteiten stellen. Je weet dus welke herstellingen eerst moeten gebeuren en werkt deze volledig af.
  • Je houdt van menselijk contact en bent geduldig.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
