Axtra is een familiebedrijf sinds 1992 en zit in de oude melkfabriek in Wergea, vlak onder Leeuwarden. Axtra handelt in gebruikte voorzetapparatuur voor heftrucks, zoals balenklemmen, vorkverstellers, rotators, kantelaars en nog veel meer. We kopen de apparaten in, reconditioneren en verkopen of verhuren ze daarna weer. Hergebruik staat hoog in ons vaandel. Met meer dan 2500 voorzetapparaten op voorraad is Axtra een van de grootste leveranciers. Verhuur en verkoop van voorzetapparatuur is ons vak. Klanten kloppen bij ons aan omdat wij precies weten welk voorzetapparaat bij welke heftruck past en wat de toepassing er van is. Wie zoeken wij? We zoeken iemand die: - klanten advies kan geven, uit Nederland, de rest van Europa en soms daarbuiten - het verkoop- en verhuurproces kan afhandelen - goed kan organiseren en overzicht kan houden - technisch inzicht heeft en praktisch is ingesteld - wil uitgroeien tot een allround kracht Collega's met ervaring helpen je om stap voor stap alle processen binnen ons bedrijf te leren kennen. Wat ga je doen? - Je werkplek is op ons kantoor in Wergea. Je hebt dagelijks telefonisch en per e-mail contact met klanten in heel Europa, en soms daarbuiten. Voor iedereen die ons belt, ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt. - Bij een aanvraag ga je, vaak samen met de klant, op zoek naar het juiste voorzetapparaat. Je zoekt bijvoorbeeld uit op welke heftruck het apparaat komt, welk werk ermee gedaan wordt en welke lading (afmeting en gewicht) erbij hoort. - Offertes en orders: je maakt offertes en volgt ze op. Wordt het een opdracht, dan verwerk je die tot een verkooporder of verhuurorder. Met je technische collega stem je af welke werkzaamheden nodig zijn en wanneer het apparaat geleverd kan worden. - Transport: voor opdrachten regel je het transport. - Verhuur: je houdt ...
