De Functie In verband met uitbreiding van onze organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe technische medewerker. In deze functie kom je nauw samen te werken met de andere werknemers van VvE Beheer van Dijk. Als technisch medewerker start je met complex inspecties en vraag je offertes voor het planmatig onderhoud aan. Je bent in staat om de offertes te vergelijken en besturen van advies te voorzien. Na opdrachtbevestiging voer je onderhoudsinspecties uit en stel je bezoekersrapportages op. Daarnaast actualiseer je aan de hand van deze bezoeken direct het aanwezige meerjaren onderhoudsplan en signaleer je tijdig eventuele onderhoudsgebreken. In deze functie schakel je veel met aannemer en de besturen en/of leden van de VvE. Wie zijn wij VvE Beheer van Dijk is een groeiend bedrijf welke momenteel 60 Verenigingen van Eigenaren beheert in vooral Zuid-Holland. Ons kantoor is gevestigd in Gouda. Wat ons kenmerkt zijn de korte lijnen, persoonlijk contact, de informele sfeer en de no-nonsense mentaliteit op de werkvloer. Wat vragen wij voor deze functie • Minimaal HBO/HTS werk en denkniveau • Het liefst minstens 2 jaar (relevante) werkervaring • Communicatieve vaardigheden • Goede kennis en vaardigheden met Microsoft-Office • Kennis van het programma O-prognose of andere soortgelijke programma's • In het bezit van rijbewijs en eigen auto • Stressbestendig en Leergierig.
