Ben jij klaar voor een volgende stap in je technische carrière? Als Technisch Onderhoudsmedewerker in Almelo krijg je de kans om jezelf te bewijzen én te groeien. Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week in een moderne productieomgeving waar jouw inzet direct resultaat oplevert. Hier sta jij centraal en krijg je alle ruimte om te leren en uit te blinken. Jouw dag is nooit hetzelfde. Je start met een korte teammeeting en gaat daarna zelfstandig aan de slag met het onderhoud van machines. Je lost storingen snel en vakkundig op. Elke uitdaging zie jij als een kans om te leren. Je repareert en test gereedschappen, ondersteunt collega’s en begeleidt soms medewerkers bij recycling. Je werkt met verschillende gereedschappen en krijgt de mogelijkheid om nieuwe technieken te leren. Zelfs als je nog niet alles weet, helpen wij je verder. Dit is jouw moment om te groeien.
