Tijdens het seizoen werk je in een dynamische omgeving waar maar liefst 45 ton wortelen per uur door onze productielijnen gaat. Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat alles vlot en veilig blijft draaien. Je houdt de machines nauwlettend in de gaten, controleert de kwaliteit, stuurt bij waar nodig en neemt zelfstandig beslissingen wanneer dat nodig is.

Buiten het seizoen verschuift je focus naar onderhoud en herstellingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze machines en productielijnen klaar zijn voor de volgende drukke periode. Denk aan robuuste waslijnen en sorteermachines: geen fijn afgestelde cleanroom-techniek, maar stevig, praktisch en technisch werk waarbij inzicht, initiatief en handigheid belangrijk zijn.

  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en bent niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Je hebt ervaring als (technisch) operator of in een gelijkaardige technische functie.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, ziet problemen snel en zoekt actief naar oplossingen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je werkt graag buiten en weet van aanpakken.
  • Ervaring met een wiellader of vrachtwagen is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent flexibel en springt tijdens rustigere periodes graag bij in andere afdelingen.
  • Je kan werken met een heftruck
  • Kan je je niet uitdrukken in het Nederlands, maar wel in het Frans of Engels, stel je dan gerust kandidaat.
