Ben je technisch aangelegd en steek je graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen? Wil je werken in een internationale productieomgeving in Tielt waar geen enkele dag dezelfde is? Dan is deze job als Technisch Ondersteuner iets voor jou.

Je ondersteunt de afdeling Extrusie en zorgt er mee voor dat installaties, hulpmiddelen en werkposten optimaal blijven functioneren.

Jouw taken:

  • Uitvoeren van onderhoud en kleine herstellingen aan productie-installaties;
  • Onderhouden van drogerinstallaties, waaronder het vervangen van filters en monteren van moleculaire zeven;
  • Ondersteunen van de technische dienst bij operationele onderhoudswerken;
  • Voorbereiden en samenstellen van onderdelen zoals startstaven en gietbuizen;
  • Uitvoeren van kleine technische verbeteringen aan machines en werkplekken;
  • Meehelpen bij technische projecten en engineeringopdrachten;
  • Ondersteunen bij dringende technische interventies;
  • Waken over orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer;
  • Registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in het onderhoudssysteem.

Je werkt in een vast dagrooster van 8u00 tot 16u30 binnen een 40-urenweek.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma technisch secundair onderwijs of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van mechanica;
  • Je hebt inzicht in de werking van technische installaties;
  • Ervaring met onderhoud en kleine herstellingen is een pluspunt;
  • Basiskennis lassen en elektriciteit is mooi meegenomen;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, veilig en oplossingsgericht;
  • Je bent bereid om bijkomende technische opleidingen en attesten te behalen;
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands goed;
  • Je werkt graag zowel zelfstandig als samen met collega's.
