Met jouw kennis van Revit, BIM-protocollen en bouwkundige detaillering speel jij een cruciale rol in het uitwerken van ontwerpen naar uitvoerbare bouwplannen. Als Technisch Ontwerper werk je aan uiteenlopende projecten waarin je verantwoordelijk bent voor: - Het uitwerken van ontwerpen in Revit en het uitvoeren van 3D-modellering. - Het afstemmen met architecten, constructeurs en aannemers over technische oplossingen. - Het beheren en optimaliseren van Revit-families, bibliotheken en modelkwaliteit. - Bouwkundige detaillering en het opstellen van productietekeningen. - Het exporteren en importeren van IFC-bestanden en werken volgens BIM/ILS-standaarden. Daarnaast werk je mee aan vergunningstekeningen, bouwaanvragen en verschillende fases van het ontwerp, zoals VO, DO en TO. Dankzij jouw creativiteit en oplossingsgerichtheid weet je technische uitdagingen binnen projecten te tackelen en draag je actief bij aan het behalen van kwaliteitsdoelen. Functie-eisen Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, breng jij naast creativiteit en initiatief een resultaatgerichte werkinstelling mee. Je hebt oog voor detail en werkt nauwkeurig, maar bent ook in staat om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen.
