Grijp nu je kans om als Technisch Ontwerper een verschil te maken in een dynamische en creatieve werkomgeving. In deze functie benut je je analytisch vermogen en nauwkeurigheid voor bouwtechnische detaillering en vooruitstrevende 3D-modellering. Je werkt ontwerpen verder uit in Revit volgens BIM-standaarden, waarmee je bijdraagt aan uitzonderlijke bouwprojecten. Proactieve afstemming met architecten, constructeurs en aannemers vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van je dagelijkse werk. Daarbij ben je betrokken bij elke fase van het proces: van schetsontwerp tot werktekeningen en bouwaanvragen. Je beheert de Revit-families, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en zorgt voor revisiebeheer. Bovendien gebruik je 3D-scans (point clouds) om bestaande structuren te modelleren en verbeteren. Jouw creatieve en strategische vaardigheden zijn essentieel voor het realiseren van innovatieve en duurzame projecten die echt een verschil maken. Functie-eisen Voor deze functie zoeken we een gedreven professional met een scherp oog voor detail en een sterke betrokkenheid bij het vakgebied. Je werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholders en richt je doelgericht op resultaten.
