Atelier Ruimtelijk Advies is een studiebureau voor landschapsarchitectuur en infrastructuurontwerp, actief in heel Vlaanderen en Brussel. Met een team van een twintigtal collega’s – landschapsarchitecten, ingenieurs, tekenaars en administratieve profielen – werken we aan duurzame, doordachte en esthetische ontwerpen: van een nieuw sportpark op de Heizel tot de heraanleg van de Mechelse binnenstad of de omgevingsaanleg rond publieke gebouwen.

Als bouwkundig tekenaar vertaal je creatieve ontwerpen naar heldere, uitvoerbare plannen, en bouw je zo mee aan de toekomst van onze openbare ruimte. Je werkt samen met projectleiders en ontwerpers (zowel intern als extern) aan de uitwerking van concepten en de opmaak van uitvoeringsdossiers. Je bent de schakel tussen ontwerp en uitvoering: precies, kritisch en oplossingsgericht.

We werken met AutoCAD en Civiele 3D. Die tools kennen voor jou weinig geheimen – Je weet hoe je deze software optimaal inzet voor terreininrichtingen, riolering en wegenisontwerpen.

Je rol binnen het bureau:

  • je staat mee in voor het uittekenen van riolerings- en wegeniswerken, buitenaanleg van openbare en private domeinen, verkavelingen,
  • Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de andere teamleden, je denkt mee naar creatieve en innovatieve voorstellen in functie van een technisch haalbare uitvoering.
  • En je werkt tegelijk zelf actief mee aan uitdagende projecten in publieke ruimte en infrastructuur.

Gezocht profiel:

  • Je hebt ervaring in de sector publieke ruimte en infrastructuur;
  • Je hebt een diploma Landschaps- en tuinarchitectuur, Bouwkunde, Landmeten of Architectuur, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • We werken in A’cad, kennis van civil 3D is een pluspunt;
  • Je hebt voeling met landschapsarchitectuur en infrastructuurprojecten.
  • Je hebt een kritische geest en een technische achtergrond (of technisch inzicht);
  • Je bent gedreven, enthousiast en hebt een collegiale werkhouding;
  • Je wilt je graag vakinhoudelijk en persoonlijk graag verder ontwikkelen;
