Voor een groeiende vastgoedontwikkelaar zoeken wij een zelfstandige en ondernemende technisch ontwikkelaar. Organisatie De organisatie is een risicodragend projectontwikkelaar gespecialiseerd complexe binnenstedelijke ontwikkelingen. Met een gedreven team werken zij aan uiteenlopende projecten door heel Nederland. Kenmerkend is het vermogen om snel te schakelen, alle projecten worden binnen een looptijd van 3 jaar gerealiseerd. Er wordt altijd gewerkt vanuit een heldere langetermijnvisie waarbij de kwaliteit van de ontwikkeling centraal staat. Functieomschrijving Als technisch ontwikkelaar ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige begeleiding van complexe vastgoedprojecten, van initiatief tot en met oplevering. Je stuurt het ontwerp- en projectteam aan en bewaakt het proces in elke fase: van ontwikkeling tot realisatie. Daarbij geef je leiding aan externe partijen zoals architecten, adviseurs en aannemers. Je zorgt dat het project voldoet aan de afspraken binnen de businesscase, op het gebied van tijd, budget en kwaliteit. Ook bewaak je de bouwkosten en houd je de directie actief op de hoogte van de voortgang via rapportages en presentaties. Je eerste opdracht betreft een grootschalige gebiedsontwikkeling, waarin circa 450 woningen worden gerealiseerd. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in de richting van Bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar; - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als projectmanager of technisch ontwikkelaar; - Sterk in zowel zelfstandig werken als in teamverband opereren; - Ervaring met het opstellen van planningen, rapportages en kostenberekeningen binnen bouw- of ontwikkelprojecten; - Proactief, energiek en op de hoogte van marktontwikkelingen en innovatieve oplossingen.
