Jouw uitdaging als Technisch Ontwikkelaar Als Technisch Ontwikkelaar ben jij het technisch geweten van ons tenderteam. Jij vertaalt de klantvraag naar een installatieontwerp dat niet alleen klopt, maar ook onderscheidend en overtuigend is. Vaak werk je met beperkte informatie, maar juist daar laat je jouw expertise zien: je doorgrondt de uitvraag, vult ontbrekende onderdelen aan en benoemt de risico’s. Daarmee geef je richting én zekerheid, zowel technisch als economisch. Je combineert ontwerpvaardigheden met kosteninzicht. Je houdt het grotere geheel in de gaten en zorg je dat disciplines goed samenwerken, zodat er een integrale aanbieding ontstaat. Daarbij ben je ook de creatieve motor van het team. Jij prikkelt collega’s en partners om verder te kijken dan de standaard en komt met oplossingen die ons onderscheidend maken. Dat betekent concreet dat jij: Technische keuzes vertaalt naar heldere economische afwegingen Contact onderhoudt met leveranciers en partners en offertetrajecten begeleidt Unica vertegenwoordigt in ontwerpteams bij bouwteamprojecten Adviseert over strategische keuzes in de tenderfase en bij projectontwikkeling Zo maak jij de vertaalslag van klantvraag naar een technisch sterk, haalbaar en winnend plan. Je bent analytisch sterk, klantgericht en communicatief overtuigend. Jouw team Je komt te werken bij Tender & Ontwikkeling van Unica Building Projects, met als standplaats Amsterdam. Samen zorgen jullie dat de tendertrajecten en projectontwikkelingen naar een hoger niveau worden getild. Het team is dynamisch en betrokken: je houdt elkaar scherp, deelt kennis en zoekt altijd naar de slimste oplossingen. De lijnen zijn kort en je leidinggevende zit midden in het team, waardoor samenwerken vanzelf gaat.
