Ben jij technisch aangelegd en op zoek naar een afwisselende functie binnen een moderne productieomgeving? Werk je nauwkeurig, heb je oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid en steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen? Dan ben jij misschien de technisch operator die wij zoeken.

Als polyvalent technisch operator krijg je een gevarieerd takenpakket en werk je mee in verschillende afdelingen.

Spuitgiet

  • Instellen en bedienen van de spuitgietmachines.
  • Uitvoeren van matrijswissels.
  • Zorgen voor de aanvoer van grond- en hulpstoffen.
  • Het productieproces opvolgen en bijsturen waar nodig om de kwaliteit te garanderen.
  • Technische storingen signaleren en afstemmen met de productieverantwoordelijke.

Drukkerij & Afwerking

  • Instellen en bedienen van de drukmachines.
  • Voorbereiden van drukopdrachten, zoals het mengen van inkten, kalibreren van kleuren en maken van clichés.
  • Mee instaan voor het onderhoud van de machines zodat het productieproces vlot blijft verlopen.

Kwaliteit & Ondersteuning

  • Productiegegevens registreren en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren.
  • Werken volgens de hygiëne-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Zorgen voor een nette en ordelijke werkplek.
  • Collega's ondersteunen binnen de productie en, waar nodig, ook in het magazijn.

ProfielJouw profiel

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring als operator of in een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en denkt oplossingsgericht. Ervaring met druktechnieken is een plus, maar geen must.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne.
  • Je houdt van een gevarieerd takenpakket en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en werkt graag samen met collega's om de vooropgestelde doelstellingen te behalen.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk, leergierig en kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met een computer voor de basisregistraties die bij de functie horen.
