Dan heb je vaak al meer technische aanleg dan je denkt. Wij leren je de rest! Werk in een 3-ploegendienst, verdien tot €4.000 bruto per maand én geniet van extra veel vrije tijd. Ben jij handig, technisch ingesteld en vind je het interessant om te ontdekken hoe machines werken? Dan kan deze functie goed bij je passen. Voor deze baan hoef je niet jarenlang als operator gewerkt te hebben. Misschien sleutel je in je vrije tijd aan auto's, scooters, brommers, fietsen of machines. Of heb je eerder gewerkt in productie, logistiek of techniek. Als je technisch inzicht hebt, graag met je handen werkt en wilt leren, zijn er volop mogelijkheden. Je wordt intern opgeleid en leert stap voor stap hoe de machines en productielijnen werken. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en ontwikkel je jezelf tot zelfstandig operator. Als Technisch Operator houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Instellen en bedienen van productiemachines; - Machines ombouwen wanneer er een ander product wordt gemaakt; - Controleren of het productieproces goed verloopt; - Signaleren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen; - Werken volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de productie. Je werkt in een ploegensysteem. Daar staat een aantrekkelijke ploegentoeslag tegenover én veel vrije tijd gedurende het jaar. Je werkt in een ploegensysteem met de volgende diensten: - Ochtenddienst: 06:30 tot 15:00 uur; - Avonddienst: 15:00 tot 23:30 uur; - Nachtdienst: 23:30 tot 06:30 uur; - Op zondagnacht start de dienst om 22:30 uur en eindigt deze om 05:30 uur. - Een startsalaris dat inclusief ploegentoeslag kan oplopen tot €4.000 bruto per maand; - Een...
