Bedrijfsomschrijving:Locatie: Eygelshoven.

Deze organisatie is een steenfabriek in Eygelshoven die in het verleden gevelstenen en binnenmuurstenen produceerde en recent is gerevitaliseerd om circulaire bakstenen te produceren uit afvalstromen. De fabriek combineert historische elementen met een moderne productielijn en richt zich op het maken van eindproducten op basis van secundaire grondstoffen. De productiestart is gepland voor dit kwartaal en er wordt gewerkt met een vaste kern ervaren medewerkers en een uitgebreid team van nieuwe collega’s. De productie vindt momenteel plaats in dagdienst en het is de bedoeling om vanaf volgend jaar naar een twee ploegendienst over te gaan. In de productie liggen de aandachtspunten bij het ontladen van drooglingen, het beladen van tunnelovenwagens met behulp van een zetmachine en stapelrobot en het uitvoeren van visuele kwaliteitscontroles. Medewerkers werken met productieschema’s en zetpatronen en dragen zorg voor de stabiliteit van stapelpakketten en de voortgang van de productie. Veilig werken, het signaleren van kwaliteitsafwijkingen en het zelf uitvoeren van kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden horen bij het takenpakket. Eygelshoven is de locatie van de fabriek en vormt de basis voor verdere groei en opschaling van de productieprocessen.

- Als Operator zetmachine bedien je de zetmachine en stapelrobot tijdens de productie

- Je bedient, stelt in en controleert het ontlaadstation en bewaakt de voortgang van het productieproces

- Als Operator zetmachine controleer je de kwaliteit van de drooglingen en de stabiliteit van stapelpakketten

- Je signaleert storingen en voert zelfstandig kleine reparatie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit

- Je schakelt zelfstandig tussen verschillende zetpatronen conform de productieplanning
