Wil jij als Technisch Operator meer doen dan alleen een productielijn bedienen?

Voor een groeiend Belgisch familiebedrijf in regio Ronse zoeken we een technisch sterke operator die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Het bedrijf is al meer dan 30 jaar actief in de productie van natuurlijke voedingssupplementen en voederadditieven voor landbouwdieren en verdeelt zijn producten internationaal.

Op de recent vernieuwde productiesite worden voornamelijk poeders verwerkt via verschillende geautomatiseerde meng- en productielijnen. Je komt terecht in een kleine ploeg met korte communicatielijnen, waar operators rechtstreeks in contact staan met de verantwoordelijken op de werkvloer. Als Technisch Operator krijg je daardoor ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en technische problemen zelf aan te pakken.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Technisch Operator bedien en stel je de continue en discontinue productielijnen in via HMI- en PLC-gestuurde systemen
  • Daarnaast zet je grondstoffen klaar, voeg je deze toe aan het productieproces en maak je verschillende mengsels volgens de productieplanning
  • Bij technische storingen analyseer je het probleem en los je eenvoudige mechanische defecten inzake lagers & kettingen zelfstandig op
  • Verder voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit en registreer je grondstoffen, verbruiken en productiegegevens nauwkeurig in het systeem
  • Tot slot zorg je samen met jouw collega's voor een veilige, nette productieomgeving en een vlotte overdracht tussen de vroege en late ploeg
  • Een technische opleiding vormt een goede basis, maar gelijkwaardige ervaring als technisch of productieoperator komt eveneens in aanmerking
  • Bij voorkeur kan je terugkijken op ervaring binnen voeding, chemie, farma of een andere industriële productieomgeving
  • Daarnaast beschik je over technisch inzicht om eenvoudige mechanische en elektrische storingen op te sporen en op te lossen
  • Tot slot beheers je het Nederlands voldoende om veilig te kunnen werken; kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt
