Er wordt voortdurend geïnvesteerd in geavanceerde machines en processen, maar ook in de mensen die ermee werken. Als operator krijg je dan ook een grondige opleiding en de ruimte om jouw technische kennis stap voor stap verder uit te bouwen.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar veiligheid en welzijn hoog op de agenda staan en waar collega's elkaar ondersteunen. Bovendien zijn er verschillende mogelijkheden om op termijn meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen, bijvoorbeeld als mentor, trainer of lijnverantwoordelijke.

Als Technisch Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het goede verloop van jouw productielijn. Je stelt de installaties correct in, bewaakt het productieproces en grijpt in wanneer je afwijkingen of technische problemen detecteert.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • De productielijn correct instellen, opstarten en bedienen
  • Het productieproces continu opvolgen en waar nodig bijsturen
  • Op vaste tijdstippen kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren
  • Afwijkingen in het productieproces tijdig detecteren en analyseren
  • Technische storingen en problemen signaleren en waar mogelijk zelf oplossen
  • Samenwerken met collega's en leidinggevenden rond kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie
  • Productiegegevens en relevante informatie correct registreren
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteracties en optimalisaties
  • Veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en duurzaamheidsvoorschriften strikt naleven
  • Je technische kennis verder uitbreiden via opleiding on the job
  • Op termijn eventueel doorgroeien naar een rol als mentor, trainer of productieverantwoordelijke
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma
  • Ervaring met productie, machinebediening of geautomatiseerde installaties is een mooie troef
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en bent geïnteresseerd in zowel elektriciteit als mechanica
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, belangrijk voor een veilige en duidelijke communicatie op de werkvloer
  • Bereid om te werken in een vaste nacht- of roterend 2-ploegenstelsel
