Van verse kazen en karnemelk tot desserts, melkdranken, room en melkpoeder: bij Royal A-ware Zonhoven (Limelco) worden dagelijks verschillende zuivelproducten geproduceerd met aandacht voor kwaliteit en vakmanschap. In de moderne productievestiging in Zonhoven werken collega's uit verschillende afdelingen samen aan een efficiënt productieproces, waarbij veiligheid, kwaliteit en teamwork iedere dag centraal staan.

Heb jij een passie voor techniek en krijg je energie van een vlot draaiend productieproces? Wil je werken als Technisch Operator binnen een moderne productieomgeving waar je jouw technische kennis dagelijks kunt inzetten én verder ontwikkelen? Dan is deze uitdaging bij Royal A-ware Zonhoven iets voor jou.

Als Technisch Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het vlot laten verlopen en opvolgen van het productieproces
  • Het instellen, bedienen en ombouwen van productiemachines
  • Het uitvoeren van eerstelijnsonderhoud en kleine technische interventies
  • Het opsporen en oplossen van storingen om stilstanden te beperken
  • Het nauwkeurig instellen, controleren en bijsturen van procesparameters
  • Het bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne binnen de productieomgeving

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

  • Je beschikt over een technische achtergrond of relevante ervaring als Technisch Operator, Productieoperator of Operator
  • Technisch inzicht, nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin typeren jou
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie of een productieomgeving is een pluspunt
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en hygiëne zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend
  • Je werkt zowel graag zelfstandig als in teamverband
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands goed voor een veilige communicatie op de werkvloer
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel
