Voor een productieomgeving zoeken we een technisch operator die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en mee zorgt voor een vlot productieproces.

Geen job waarbij je enkel op een knop drukt en afwacht. Wel een technische functie waar opvolging, inzicht en verantwoordelijkheidszin centraal staan.

Functieomschrijving

Als technisch operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct functioneren van de productielijnen en installaties.

Je bewaakt het productieproces, grijpt in waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat de productie veilig en efficiënt verloopt.

Een typische werkdag?

Je stelt machines in, volgt het productieproces op en voert controles uit om de kwaliteit te bewaken. Bij kleine technische storingen probeer je zelf een eerste analyse te maken en onderneem je de nodige acties.

Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met collega's en zorg je ervoor dat de productieplanning correct gevolgd wordt. Veiligheid, kwaliteit en rendement blijven daarbij steeds belangrijke aandachtspunten.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar technische interesse en verantwoordelijkheidszin dagelijks het verschil maken.

  • Stabiel werkverleden
  • Bereidheid om in 2 ploegen te werken
  • Nauwkeurig kunnen werken
  • Oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid

  • Goede samenwerking met collega's
  • OCT score hoger dan 7 of vergelijkbaar niveau A2/operator
