Voor een internationaal actieve fabrikant van bouwmaterialen zijn we op zoek naar een Operator voor een 2ploegenstelsel, met de flexibiliteit om ook als heftruckchauffeur bij te springen. Je gaat aan de slag in een hedendaagse, sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving waar natuurlijke grondstoffen worden omgevormd tot kwalitatieve oplossingen voor de bouwsector.

De organisatie maakt deel uit van een wereldwijd opererende groep met meer dan 22.000 medewerkers in meer dan 30 landen en een netwerk van zo’n 200 productiesites. In België alleen al telt de groep 15+ vestigingen, waaronder een site in de ruime Antwerpse regio, goed voor ongeveer 1.500 collega’s.

De activiteiten zijn ondergebracht in twee kernsegmenten: innovatieve bouwoplossingen en systemen voor water- en energiebeheer. Duurzaamheid, veiligheid en kwaliteit vormen hier de rode draad. Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar samenwerking, korte beslissingslijnen en een warme, familiale sfeer centraal staan.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij stelt de productiemachines correct in en zorgt voor een vlotte opstart van het productieproces
  • Je bewaakt het volledige proces en grijpt tijdig in bij afwijkingen
  • Zelfstandig uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en je zorgt dat alles aan de hoge normen voldoet
  • Bij een productwissel sta je in voor de omstelling en vervanging van onderdelen
  • Na interne opleiding voer je samen met techniekers eerste-lijnsonderhoud en kleine herstellingen uit
  • Je denkt actief mee over hoe processen efficiënter en vlotter kunnen verlopen
  • Alles wordt netjes geregistreerd in een digitaal registratiesysteem
  • Wanneer nodig neem je de heftruck over van je collega en voer je intern transport uit
  • Je volgt de geldende veiligheidsprocedures strikt op en draagt actief bij aan een veilige werkplek
  • Je beschikt over een geldig heftruckattest en hebt een eerste relevante werkervaring
  • Bij voorkeur kan je terugkijken op enkele jaren ervaring in een technische of productieomgeving of kan een sterke technische affiniteit aantonen
  • Je hebt interesse om in 2 ploegen te werken (vroeg: 5u – 13u06 en laat: 13u – 21u06)
