Voor een innovatief en internationaal actief bedrijf in kunststofverpakkingen zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven technisch operator.

Dit bedrijf maakt deel uit van een Amerikaanse groep met vestigingen in meer dan 34 landen en telt wereldwijd meer dan 3000 medewerkers. De vestiging in België focust zich op de productie van hoogwaardige verpakkingen voor de voedingsindustrie, waarbij kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en duurzaamheid centraal staan. Je komt terecht in een moderne en nette werkomgeving waar technologische vernieuwing en veiligheid voorop staan. Als technisch operator maak je deel uit van een hecht team dat elke dag het verschil maakt met slimme verpakkingsoplossingen. Je krijgt de kans om je technisch inzicht in elektriciteit, mechanica of elektromechanica verder te ontwikkelen en bij te dragen aan een stabiel en groeiend bedrijf met reële doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten en stilleggen van de productiemachines en zorgt er steeds voor dat alles vlot en correct verloopt.
  • Kwaliteit staat centraal in je werk: via nauwkeurige kwaliteitscontroles waak je erover dat enkel producten die aan de hoogste eisen voldoen, de lijn verlaten.
  • Wanneer zich kleine technische storingen voordoen, of het nu gaat om elektrische, mechanische of elektromechanische problemen, grijp je snel en doortastend in.
  • Bij grotere technische problemen communiceer je helder en correct met het onderhoudsteam, zodat er geen tijd verloren gaat en de juiste mensen meteen over de nodige informatie beschikken.
  • Daarnaast neem je een actieve rol op in het verbeteren van processen op de werkvloer, steeds met veiligheid en efficiëntie als leidraad.
  • Je hebt een technisch diploma (A2) of ervaring met mechanica, elektriciteit of elektromechanica
  • Je kan probleemoplossend denken en pakt storingen zelfstandig aan
  • Werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel past perfect bij jou
