Dit productiebedrijf maakt metalen veren, draadproducten en stansdelen die als componenten in eindproducten worden toegepast. De productie omvat onderdelen die verwerkt worden in dakkoffers, fietsendragers, lichtspotjes, pennen en gevelsystemen en het bedrijf verkoopt deze onderdelen wereldwijd. De productielocatie in Hilvarenbeek werkt met bewerkings- en stansprocessen en heeft een duidelijke focus op nauwkeurigheid en productkwaliteit. Medewerkers doorlopen een gerichte inwerkperiode en er is aandacht voor vaktechnische ontwikkeling zodat mensen kunnen doorgroeien naar andere functies binnen de organisatie. Veilig werken en het volgen van werkvoorschriften staan centraal in de productieomgeving. Het team op locatie is divers en bestaat uit collega’s van 18, 60 en van alles daartussenin en collega’s helpen elkaar tijdens de dienst. Na de inwerkperiode werkt de medewerker zelfstandig aan de toegewezen taken en signaleringen voor technische dienst worden doorgegeven volgens de interne procedures.

- Je bedient stansautomaten en stelt procesparameters af als Technisch Operator

- Je programmeert en stelt CNC-machines in en voert instelwerkzaamheden uit

- Je controleert producten op kwaliteit en registreert afwijkingen

- Je lost storingen en eenvoudige technische problemen op en schakelt de technische dienst wanneer nodig

- Je werkt veilig volgens werkvoorschriften en draagt bij aan een ordelijke productieomgeving

Functie-eisen: - Diploma VMBO Techniek of MBO Werktuigbouwkunde of Mechatronica

- Ervaring als procesoperator of aantoonbare motivatie om als operator te werken

- Basisvaardigheden met CNC-programmering en het bedienen van stansautomaten

- Nauwkeurig kunnen werken en oog voor kwal
