Je komt terecht in een internationaal actieve en sterk groeiende organisatie. Op de werkvloer wisselen operatoren regelmatig van taak. Zo krijg je een gevarieerde job en leer je verschillende stappen van het productieproces kennen. Na je opleiding stel je verschillende machines in en bedien je ze zelfstandig. Je start aan de rekbank en eindzaag. Met bijkomende opleidingen kan je doorgroeien naar reserve-perser en vervolgens perser. Zo bouw je stap voor stap meer technische kennis en verantwoordelijkheid op.

Je stelt verschillende productiemachines correct in en bedient ze. Je werkt aan de eindzaagmachine, waar aluminium profielen automatisch op maat worden gezaagd. Je bedient de rekbank, waarop gekoelde profielen worden rechtgetrokken. Je leert werken met de pers, waar aluminium grondstof via een matrijs tot een profiel wordt gevormd. Je wisselt regelmatig van werkpost met andere operatoren, waardoor je takenpakket gevarieerd blijft.

Je bent bereid om in een 3-ploegensysteem te werken. Je voelt je goed in een technische productieomgeving en wil blijven bijler

- Attesten: Een technische opleiding is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Technische affiniteit en interesse zijn belangrijker.

- Opleidingsvereisten: Je volgt de nodige opleidingen om machines veilig en zelfstandig te bedienen. Je krijgt de kans om door te groeien van operator rekbank en eindzaag naar reserve-perser en perser.

- Vakkennis: Technische affiniteit is vereist. Kennis van productiemachines, zaagmachines, rekbanken of persen is een pluspunt.

- Talenkennis: Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands
