Werk je graag in een dynamische productieomgeving waar de tijd vliegt? Lijkt werken in een twee ploegen jou iets? En kijk je uit naar appelbollen en worstenbrood in de winter, en ijsjes in de zomer? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

Wij zijn een Belgisch familiebedrijf actief in de papier- en kartonindustrie. Met 6 vouwplakmachines, 5 stansmachines en 2 drukpersen produceren we kwalitatieve dozen. Ongeveer 15 operatoren per shift werken samen om elk product tot in de puntjes af te leveren. Dankzij onze drukkers krijgt elke doos de juiste kleur en het juiste logo.

Jouw taken:

  • Machine bedienen: Je start, stopt en stuurt de machine aan met de juiste instellingen
  • Machine ombouwen; Is de ene productie klaar en starten we een nieuwe op? Dan moeten onze machines omgebouwd worden, dit vergt zowel technische als fysieke krachten van je!
  • Veiligheid: Je gebruikt de machine op een veilige manier en volgt alle veiligheidsvoorschriften, inclusief het dragen van PBM’s.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Je controleert of de producten correct gekanteld zijn, zonder schade of afwijkingen.
  • Onderhoud: Je smeert en reinigt de machine dagelijks, lost eenvoudige storingen op en voert kleine herstellingen uit.
  • Problemen oplossen: Je grijpt snel in bij technische problemen en schakelt indien nodig de technische dienst in.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat het kantelproces vlot en veilig verloopt, zodat alle producten zonder schade verwerkt worden.

Werktijden:

Je werkt in een 3-ploegenstelsel van maandag tot vrijdag: de vroege shift loopt van 06:00 tot 14:00, de late shift van 14:00 tot 22:00 en de nachtshift van zondag tot donderdag van 22u tot 06u.

  • Je bent gemotiveerd om in de productie te werken en beschikt bij voorkeur over een A2-diploma of een technische basiskennis.
  • Je hebt ervaring als technisch operator of beschik jij over een goeie technische bagage? Zeker welkom!
  • Je denkt positief, handelt in het belang van het bedrijf en bent bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem.
