Zorg ervoor dat miljoenen poststukken goed de sorteermachine doorgaan. Wat ga je doen? Zorgen dat miljoenen poststukken goed de sorteermachine doorgaan; jij snapt hoe de machine werkt, blijft opletten en je kan snel handelen. Elke dag bezorgen we bij PostNL 8 miljoen poststukken: brieven, kaartjes, tijdschriften en zakelijke post. Lijkt jou het leuk om dit te doen bij PostNL in Amsterdam? Jij kan hier aan bijdragen! Wat ga je doen? In de sorteercentra gaat al de post door sorteermachines. Van klein tot groot, in alle vormen en gewichten, tot 30.000 stuks per uur. Dankzij jou werken de machines op de juiste manier en blijven ze dat ook doen. Als er een storing voorkomt, probeer je deze zo snel mogelijk op te lossen. Natuurlijk probeer je storingen te voorkomen, dit doe je door regelmatig preventief onderhoud uit te (laten) voeren. Tijdens je middag/avond dienst ligt de nadruk op het draaien van de machines, in de nacht houd je je naast het draaiende houden van de machines, bezig met het coachen van een team. Een uitdaging om samen met het team machines te laten presteren en onderhouden. Wie ben jij? Jij bent iemand die technisch inzicht en aanleg heeft. Je hebt snel inzicht in processen en gevoel voor machines. Daarnaast ben je oplossingsgericht, communicatief sterk en een teamspeler. Ervaring in de logistiek is een grote pré. Je werkt in een variërend dienstrooster (dag-, avond- en nachtdiensten), en met 37 uur per week ben jij een belangrijke schakel in onze organisatie. De werktijden kunnen onregelmatig zijn, maar in ruil voor jouw flexibiliteit en toewijding bieden wij je een beloning die past bij jouw inzet, verantwoordelijkheid en het belangrijke werk dat je verricht.
