De dagelijkse werkzaamheden vinden plaats in een productieomgeving waar aandacht is voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en continuïteit van de productieprocessen. In Apeldoorn is een productielocatie aanwezig waar operators en technisch personeel verantwoordelijk zijn voor het bedienen en onderhouden van productielijnen en voor het oplossen van storingen. De organisatie besteedt aandacht aan opleiding en ontwikkeling en biedt medewerkers mogelijkheden om vakgerichte certificaten te behalen zoals VAPRO A en/of B. Er wordt gewerkt in ploegendiensten waaronder 5 ploegen waardoor functioneren in een team en op wisselende tijden belangrijk is. De cultuur is resultaatgericht met ruimte voor initiatief en verbetering vanuit de werkvloer. Medewerkers leveren een directe bijdrage aan de kwaliteit en productiviteit van de processen en werken volgens veiligheids- en werkvoorschriften.

- Je bedient productielijnen en voert de reguliere taken van een operator uit

- Als Technisch Operator los je 1e en 2e lijns storingen aan productielijnen op

- Je analyseert verstoringen en afwijkingen in het productieproces en voert controles uit

- Je voert geplande onderhoudsklussen uit en signaleert verbeteringen voor de eigen productielijn

- Je werkt in 5 ploegen en draagt als Technisch Operator bij aan veiligheid en productiviteit
