Bedrijfsomschrijving:Locatie: Bladel.

Dit productiebedrijf maakt golfkartonnen verpakkingen in een eigen dozenfabriek. In de fabriek produceert een klein team operators op boxmaker- en inliner-machines verpakkingsoplossingen en worden producten opgeslagen in een magazijn waar items en pallets worden verplaatst met een van de 5 vorkheftrucks. Goederen worden door één vrachtwagen naar klanten vervoerd. De organisatie heeft de laatste jaren groei doorgemaakt en zoekt doorlopend naar gedreven operators om het team te versterken in Bladel. De werkvloer is ingericht als één dagdienst met werktijden 07:45 - 16:30. De Technisch Operator bedient en stelt machines om, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit, doet dagelijks onderhoud en lost storingen zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig op. Er wordt gewerkt in een klein team van circa 15 collega's en veiligheid en het volgen van werkvoorschriften zijn belangrijk. De functie vraagt fysieke inzet en veel staand werk in een productieomgeving met golfkarton. De medewerker draagt bij aan het vrijgeven van productie en aan het waarborgen van kwaliteit en continue levering aan klanten.

- Je bedient en stelt boxmaker- en inliner-machines in als Technisch Operator

- Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en geeft productie vrij als Technisch Operator

- Je doet dagelijks onderhoud aan de machines en lost storingen zoveel mogelijk zelf op

- Je werkt binnen één dagshift van 07:45 - 16:30 binnen een team van ongeveer 15 collega's

- Je houdt machines en werkplek schoon en volgt veiligheids- en werkvoorschriften

Functie-eisen: - VMBO / LBO werk- en denkniveau

- Leergierige houding en interesse in het bewerken van golfkarton

- Bereidheid om extra uren te maken wanneer de planning daarom vraagt

- Voldoet aan de fysieke eisen van staand werk in een productieomgeving

- Vaardigheid in basiso
