Je nieuwe baan Wat ga je allemaal doen? Tijdens je dienst houd jij overzicht. Je weet hoe het proces loopt. En je grijpt in zodra het proces daarom vraagt. Je controleert proceswaarden. Denk aan druk, temperatuur en snelheid. Zie je een afwijking? Dan stuur je bij. Kleine storingen pak je zelf op. Grotere storingen meld je duidelijk bij de technische dienst. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - controleren van proceswaarden; - bijstellen van machines en installaties; - uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles; - oplossen van kleine storingen; - invullen van productiegegevens; - overdragen van bijzonderheden aan collega’s.

Aan het einde van je dienst draag je alles goed over. Zo weet de volgende ploeg precies wat er speelt. En blijft het proces veilig en stabiel draaien. Over het bedrijf Een korte introductie Je komt terecht bij een groot productiebedrijf dat hoogwaardige vezels maakt. Deze vezels worden gebruikt op plekken waar kracht en betrouwbaarheid belangrijk zijn. Bijvoorbeeld in veiligheid, industrie, automotive en luchtvaart. Op de afdeling productie werk je in een vaste 5-ploegendienst. Je bewaakt het proces samen met ervaren operators. De installaties zijn modern. De processen zijn strak ingericht. Daardoor krijg je de ruimte om door te groeien als procesoperator.
