Dan is deze functie als Technisch Operator Extrusie in Gramsbergen iets voor jou. Als Extrusie Operator werk je in een moderne productielocatie in Gramsbergen met tientallen extrusielijnen en een breed assortiment kunststof profielen. Je werkt niet aan standaardproducten, maar aan technisch maatwerk waarbij jij echt het verschil maakt. Over de functie In deze rol ben je als Procesoperator Extrusie verantwoordelijk voor één of meerdere extrusielijnen. Je zorgt dat het proces stabiel draait en grijpt in voordat afwijkingen problemen worden. - Je start machines op en bouwt ze om met de juiste matrijzen en grondstoffen - Je bedient extrusielijnen met enkele en dubbelschroeven - Je bewaakt en stuurt het proces bij om stilstand en kwaliteitsverlies te voorkomen - Je analyseert storingen en lost deze zelfstandig op, met ondersteuning bij complexere gevallen Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst op de productielocatie in Gramsbergen en hebt veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid.
