Voor onze opdrachtgever zoeken wij een gedreven Technical Operator die in een 5-ploegendienst wil werken. Wij bieden een maximaal bruto maandsalaris van €5200 incl. ploegentoeslag. Onze opdrachtgever, gevestigd in de omgeving van Heerenveen, produceert al sinds de 18e eeuw voedingsmiddel waar we dagelijks van genieten. De twee moderne fabrieken zijn continu in ontwikkeling en streven ernaar de best functionerende binnen de organisatie te worden. Je komt terecht in een hecht team met een prettige werksfeer waar iedereen zijn steentje bijdraagt aan het succes van de organisatie. Functieomschrijving Als Technisch Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse productievoortgang van de fabriek. Hierbij houd je je aan alle veiligheids-, technische, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften en neem je je verantwoordelijkheid. Jouw taken als Technisch Operator zijn onder andere: - Vanuit de controlekamer zorgen dat de productie soepel verloopt; - Controlerondes lopen door de fabriek om het proces te bewaken; - Technische problemen zelf oplossen of in overleg met monteurs; - Deelname aan projectgroepen zoals autonoom onderhoud; - Voorstellen doen ter verbetering van procedures, voorschriften en procesverbeteringen; - Volgen van relevante opleidingen voor kennis- en competentievergroting. Aanbod Wij bieden een uitdagende functie als Technisch Operator in een dynamische en ambitieuze werkomgeving. Daarnaast kun je rekenen op: - Een goed salaris tot €5200 bruto per maand incl. ploegentoeslag (inschaling o.b.v. werkervaring en/of opleiding); - 25 vakantiedagen en een 13e maand; - €1250 vrij besteedbaar opleidingsbudget; - Een pensioenregeling, waarbij de premie het eerste jaar volledig voor ons is.
